We have managed to bring together the winemaking tradition of several generations in the Rioja Alavesa, with the cheese tradition of the Sierra de Cádiz. A whole show of flavors, trying to harmonize the broth from one end of Spain with the gastronomy from the other end, accompanied by pork rinds.
